I am organising a WW1 battlefield cycling tour, I have 90% info required, but the route is becoming a bit of a headache. There are over 950 war graves and memorials looked after the CWGC in France and Belgium, is there a site which can give me grid references or road maps so I can get a good route to maximise my visits and minimise my cycling. Thanks in advance.

Contact your local Royal British Legion, they organise a lot of these tours. See this link, I hope it is of help.

A good old-fashioned paper map might be a good starting point.

You can order the 'Michelin Road Atlas: Cemeteries and Memorials in Belgium and Northern France' for just £7 (inc postage) from the CWGC:

Once you'd planned a general route you could then (if you required more detailed maps for cycling) obtain the relevant 'IGN Top 100' maps from Stanfords (which is the world's leading supplier of maps - and my favourite shop in London!):

This is listed as out of stock but you can order it:

(Stanfords can also order the map from my previous link)
