I've only just started a low GI diet and am learning bit at a time.

Tomorrow Im going to do a low GI nutty chicken curry... here if you are interested...

It says I need to use Greek Yoghurt, but I want to know if I could substitute this for soured cream, or would it separate / curdle?

Thanks!

Just seen your post and hope I'm not too late to say ... low GI doesn't mean low fat so you can certainly use soured cream instead of greek yogurt. The recipe looks delicious - hope it works out for you!
