Do You Have A Hero?

Is there someone, either in history, or in your life, who is a hero to you? Is there an inspirational person you look up to, revere and that no-one else could ever replace in your mind and/or affections? A final one- does everyone need a hero?

Spike Milligan to me. Anybody who copes as well as he did with being bi-polar and produce such works of comic genius has to be admired. I also admire his anti-establishment approach to society.

Strangely enough, I also appreciate Guillaume Apollinaire's contribution to the art world, via Surrealism and his 'automatic writings'.
