this is research.
"this is research."

I disagree. Unless the OP is asking for the personal opinions of the people on here (which I think not) then any answers will have to be researched by the people providing the answers.

Proper research would be taking some well known events and finding out if public opinion was changed by them.
There was a shift in support for the death penalty after the hanging of Timothy Evans ( who was innocent) once Christie was found to be guilty, similarly the public lost it's appetite for capital punishment after Ruth Ellis's execution as she was the mother of a young child.

Are you wanting global example or from within the UK?

I think Kisslove is in the US of A

Whats up with all you guys being bothered about a person using this website. Wow you guys have probably nothing better to do. You all are probably old. You know you don't have to answer the question if you don't want to. But don't disrespect me cause i did not disrespect you. Your probably a fat ass sitting in your mothers basement typing these stupid remarks up its just immaturity. This site is CALLED THEANSWERBANK let me break it down for people who don't understand that means you ask a question and get an answer read the fine print. By posting stupid comments that i don't even care about is a waste of brain neurons.
...and you did not disrespect us?
Hold on there - how about thanking those who have listed what you asked for.

Quite frankly your attitude has been off from the word go.

Yeah i did not disrespect you guys at first but until you started making stupid comments im not going to let people walk all over me i stand my ground and fight for myself. Honestly i need a jar to catch my tears. Thats sarcasm btw. I would not cry over stupid people on the internet that have nothing better to do then be rude and troll people.
At least you haven't been rude. That's sarcasm btw.
You all are probably old.

Yes, it is called the Answerbank.....but you’re fishing specifically for opinions, which is a different matter.
.....and I’d ditch the sarcasm and concentrate on grammar if I were you because it’s pretty poor.
You're welcome Kisslove...crikey :/
