Im for the above tomorrow night and bought friend a big bottle of Baileys Cream. (one litre)

£20 down to £12. She'll be drinking it until next year.

Then I have been invited to another one on the Sat - another 80th. Now I wasn't going to this one just because I couldn't be bothered but on reflection. The family, the extended family are all musically talented - they all sing, play all kinds of musical instruments and will have some old cinematography so I may put my wee head in.

Is there a question?

nope - just wanted to write a cheery post instead of my usual rants.
OK...I hope you have a nice time.

These types of posts can be hard to answer though.
Question Author
shouldn't be too hard to answer as there was no question mark
That's what I mean. There's no question, it's just a statement.
That's why they call it Chatterbank...
I am all for cheery posts, jennyjoan. Hope you do attend both parties, I am sure you will be welcome and it is not every day someone celebrates their 80th.

Enjoy your partying JJ.
I love Baileys, had one at Christmas and it lasted for many weeks as it's too strong to drink too much at once ! Enjoy yourself jj. Nice post.
