Clapping For Food Producers?

Just wondering : with the clapping for NHS, carers, shop workers, bin men, delivery drivers, etc.. I have never heard anyone or any where mention clapping or appreciating all of the people who are involved in all of the food produced that fills our shops and supermarket shelves... Without them we'd have no food or drink ( you saw what crisis occured with people panic buying ) and there would be even bigger problems then. Just saying, as I've never heard them mentioned..

How about clapping all those confined to their homes except for essential journeys ? Not heard anyone suggest that either.

I've said numerous times on this topic, my appreciation whether quiet or loud goes to everyone who is keeping us going.

Once we start listing then some are sure to be overlooked.

It's not like they are on the front line. They are doing a job to put food on their own tables.

Clapping for everyone doing their bit to keep some sort of normality and keeping the UK ticking along at national and local levels.
Everyone working deserves a pat on the back. It's scary out there.
Even the local locksmiths - the original key workers.

ummmm, maybe not frontline regarding treating covid patients in ICU, but seriously important as without food and drink supplies the nation would go mental. ;_)

My daughter works printing labels etc for a major pharmacutical company, thay are rushed off their feet, I clap for her!!!!

We don’t do the clapping but fully appreciate anyone and everyone who is keeping the country going one way or another. And personally thank anyone we come into contact with who is doing this.

How about clapping for the Army, they have been expected to carry on as if none of this is happening (possible the other armed forces as well, I'm not aware of what they've been doing).
