It would have to be murder but (with guidelines*) I would leave it for the judge to decide if the crime was heinous enough to merit the death sentence.

* e.g. Multiple murder, child murder, terrorism, etc.

And, it must be proved. Not just beyond reasonable doubt but absolute.

That is a nice idea but I fear with the abundance of liberal elite judges the sentence would never be given.
