They cry 'fascism' at every opportunity, never realising that their 'my way or no way' mentality is just that.
I wouldn’t say that those who voted for Trump were uninformed horrible people – but I suspect many are uninformed people; having not bothered to take even a cursory look at Project 2025 (the Republican fascist agenda for Trump’s presidency), or listened to the things he said he would do as president.
A bit like those who voted for Brexit – they had no idea what they were going to get.
to answer your question... the numbers are irrelevant. if somebody cast a vote for trump in the election then i think they either did so out of ignorance or they didn't and they are a horrible person. i don't care how many people that is. it looks to be very similar to the number of people who did it last time.
i think i have explained why i think this enough. would you care to explain why you have asked the same question twice in a few days?
"I would be willing to bet that there are many Republicans who hope that some of the policies are quietly shelved but will be right behind DJT on others."
such people are uninformed. the republicans have made huge efforts to enact their program at state level and now have the opportunity to do so nationally.
