has anyone ever been killed by one? i heard that somewhere in asia they found a bird eating a person or something, i know thats stupid, but when you have been swooped by magpies before you will know how i feel. lol what are some of the worst things that have happened to people from birds?

How about plane crashes caused by bird strikes? And I'm sure I've heard of people being blinded by birds pecking their eyes...not just that woman in 'The Omen'!

And what about stories of small children being swooped away by eagles?

There was an eagle in New Zealand called the Haast eagle bigger than any bird even albatross condor etc by far
it plucked birds called moas which are much larger than ostriches also extinct from the ground
it was persecuted by english settlers and worshipped by maoris
perhaps it did it was more than capable
ostriches are faster and heavier more agile would put up more of a struggle and harder to hold on to than humans

i have lived in Asia ,but i have never heared that a bird can eat person. i heared that the Taiwanese eat everything in the sky but plane,eat everything in the ground but motor,eat everything in the water but boat. lol ..
