"So little done, so much to do is a quote - when near death - by Cecil Rhodes, the 'founder' of Rhodesia.
Mr Wonka used that phrase.

Cecil Rhodes' final words are also supposedly "Turn me over Jack". I think the other phrase is slightly better.
Another of Cecil Rhodes' last utterances was supposedly "They cant take that away from me, can they?" - referring to the name Rhodesia...!

Surely Willy Wonka said the opposite?

"So much time, so little to do?"

yeah, then he said 'strike that, reverse it' so he meant 'so much to do, so little time'.
