Just watched a Poirot on ITV. It must have been one of the worst scripts ever! No suspense, Poirot unmasked the murderer at 9.30 which meant we had to sit through 30 mins of padding - i kept waiting for a twist but there was none. Anyone else see it?

I didn't, and don't think I will now, not after an advert like that. I usually quite like that series as well. Maybe he unmasked the culprit early because he remembered who it was from the rehearsal.

Does anyone know why Poirot was shown last night anyway? It was supposed to be an episode of Afterlife.
