Hi all.
If possible, I need to get hold of a copy of the 'Evening News, September the 7th. 1940.

Would anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how to get it?.

Thanks.

there are number of online companies that do this, prices are around 20-30

do a google search of novelty newspapers, old newspapers, newspaper archives etc and you should find it.

also contact the evening standard - if they don;t have any they may know where they can be purchased.

also your library may have it in microfiche
try these people

there are others in the same line of business. The British Library has an archive
