My cousin has just found a (Singer?) Knitmaster 4500 from the 50's or 60's in great condition. He thinks it may be worth something. Anybody know?

These were mass produced and made with durable materials, however, they would be hard to find spare parts for and so their practical purpose may be limited. It probably is not really a valuable thing.
