We have a house where the neighbours have bought a newly acquired garden directly outside our kitchen, it was previously an access to all other neighbouring properties including ours. They have fenced it off drilling holes in our kitchen wall to erect the fence. They now look directly into our kitchen area .We have been here 26 years. Can i prosecute them for drilling the holes into the kitchen wall without permission and any privacy laws?
