Has anyone got any tips on tiling a bathroom? Never done it before and not too sure where to start. We are having quite large ceramic tiles going from the floor to the ceiling and a mosaic border. Any ideas?

wanted to try to save some money by doing it ourselves.
B & Q has loads of free leaflets on basic DIY. They have one on tiling, plumbing etc. I read them and they seem quite good. Having only tiled the back of my bathroom sink don't think i can help with a full bathroom. Although they have stayed in place.

i feel reasonably comfortable about trying a number of things but any thing that involves a trowel is best left to the experienced, they are much quicker and you get your bathroom back quickly. it is money well spent usually
We have used a self employed tiler in our house ,he is the bizz as he is old school , not expensive as when you tile a bathroom you use it every day , and have to live with the end result so ask around to find a good tiler . A friend employed a cheap bloke what a disaster !!! Needs doing again after a year .
Just put the phrase 'tiling a bathroom'in the search box(search DIY) at the bottom of topics and you will find many useful hints.
