If the room is 7ft 6' from coving to skirting and 80ft around the walls including all the windows and doors , will 13 rolls of embossed paper be enough , it 's not a blown vinyl , and has no pattern ?
Theonlyone - good morning !!
Answer yes, 13 rolls would be enough, but buy 14 and if you have one left over take it back - most places will give you either a refund or a credit note. (Homebase, Focus etc)
BTW, always use Solvite paste, it's the best. Good luck

Sorry theonlyone !!
Done enough decorating to last me a lifetime. I even have trouble doing my own now - 60 years old and arthritic (caused by too much paperhanging!!)
Good luck - don't be afraid of it !!

I take it the paper you are hanging is Anaglypta? If it is, & you've never hung it before, I'd take it back & swop it for blown vinyl. BTW,Im a decorator & Anaglypta is one of the toughest papers to hang.
Carrust it's not anaglyphta paper, I tried hanging that once before , nightmare ,it's just an embossed paper .I have hung this type before with out to much problem so fingers crossed !!. fgb40 keep taking the cod liver oil to lubricate the joints , I have arthritis in my neck , not nice , so I do sympathise . Many thanks for your help , will let you know the end result.x
Fbg 40 and Carrust , just to let you know that the embossed paper is now hung and painted . What hard work as the walls ran out so had to plumb line all the time .But it looks really good !!! Thanks for your help x
PS, only used 12 rolls of paper so back for a refund !!
