Have a lot of bricks on the first two course of my bungalow, that the face has blown off. Anybody give me the correct repair procedure ?

There is only one way you will have to chop each brick out and replace with new ones.
The only problem is the new bricks might not be the same size or colour if the bungalow is a few years old.
There is no easy way around it if you still want it to look good on the bungalow.
It might be a long job but it might pay to replace all of the bricks on the first two course's at lest then you dont need to worry so much with the size of the colour you could change the type of brick all together
The effect is probably through weathering at a guess and called "spalling". For aesthetic purposes it would be easier to get it plastered over. Replacing bricks is a nightmare.
