Recommendations for on-deck sturdy gazebo for static mobile homes

Please can anyone recommmend the sturdiest type of portable gazebo (not as a buildn, but posssibly steel-framed to withstand storms?) to erect as semi-permanent outdoor-relaxation shelter for a large decking area (ca. 4x4M) of a static holiday mobile home? The park faces east on the coast and is sometimes subject to powerful winds. As I'm disabled and unable to dismantle/assemble such a structure alone every few days, ideally it would need to be remain from Spring through Autumn stays.

Can Kitchen woktops be painted ?

How do you secure cut floor boards after rewiring where one end has no wooden support from a joist?
