Hi, Can anyone give me any tips on how to get up floor vinyl tiles, the ones that have a sticky back. When I put them down the backs had a peel off thin paper and I'm sure I added a bit of adhesive glue. Over time, they have moved and I would like to now replace them. So I now need a easy way to remove them. Any tips please. Thanks

Here's a tip for the future...Anyone laying adhesive vinyl tiles should nail down sheets of hardboard first - then stick the tiles to the hardboard. In this way, later removal is easy. For now, you've a lot of very hard work ahead, Eastender! ;-(
I don't know if this will work but you could try softening the tiles with a hair dryer. It could make them more pliable to lift up.
Just a thought!!
Correct. Heat them up, and use a HD floor scraper. Hard work.
