Unknown bush/shrub

We have this bush in the garden .When it comes into bloom it looks glorious and it's just starting now .However I have no idea what it is . It was here when we moved in nearly nine years ago .
Any offers ?

It chucked it down earlier and how but it rattled off out to sea pretty quickly.
Still blustery but it's nowhere near as bad they forecast.

Watched Saving Mr Banks .Lovely film .I watched Father Brown this afternoon,Christmas special.New series starts in the new year but Sid isn't in it :(

Morning all....ding dong merrily.
I fetched a big mug of builder's tea and I'm back in bed waiting for the house to warm up. Thankfully the wind dropped last night so it was quiet. Looks very dark out there.

I forgot about Saving Mr Banks but it's on iPlayer, I like Tom Hanks. I watched The Terminal a few days ago, bit daft in parts but I enjoyed it.

Good thing you're out of reach shaney, every time my sister uses the 'more sleeps' thing she gets battered. :)

I liked Saving Mr Banks but was a bit surprised that an Australian was outraged at someone calling her by her first name. That's all anyone does in Australia.

Anyway, you'll be pleased to hear she spoke her poetic lines well as Titania and moved with assured grace

Good morning all Its black here and forecast to get blacker but not so stormy. I enjoyed saving Mr Banks. I understand its a fairly long way from the truth but truth is a flexible concept isn’t it?
Have just seen the world cruise sailing schedule for this year, 6 lots of fireworks over 7 days starting on 2nd january. Happy days :(

Lovely and sunny here. We did last minute shopping basically for the cat. I bought some silver and grey wedge trainers to go with grey/silver top. We are planning on carousing tonight but who knows, it may just be too cosy at home!!

I would love some bath cubes or bath salts!! Been out imbibing well if not wisely. Just had smoked salmon and pickled gherkins, while waiting for the turkey to cook! Am starving!

Mr N's dinner was delicious and minute the obligatory sprout! Then blow Mr down, he washed it all up and tidied itmaway, heaven as dishwasher is outside and quite useless by now!
