Just take some cuttings, strip of the lower leaves, dunk in rooting gel and put in a glass on the windowsill, or in some soil.
Semi-ripe cuttings in the summer or layer in the autumn according to my bible.
In my experience cuttings of summer jasmine ( white, very fragrant) take better than cuttings of winter jasmine (yellow, scarcely any fragrance)
I have known sprigs of summer jasmine to begin to root in a vase when cut for a flower arrangement.
