It looks like myrtle. If you crush the leaves are they scented?

I think its a Hebe too. Its native to New Zealand, I believe.

So it looks like it's a Hebe Plant.
There are various varieties including New Zealand Hebe, Hebe Buxifolia & Hebe Rakaiensis.

Down to the local garden centre on Sunday to buy some to grow around the garden border next to the new fence.

Thanks everyone, its given me a starting point and it's low maintenance.
