Tree Identification
6 Answers
Hi folks, I would be grateful if someone could possibly ID a tree for us, please. We think it could be some kind of willow - it's only a young tree, but it's quite bendy and the leaves are quite long and thin. However, I don't know how to attach a photo to this post. Would be grateful for help on both matters. Thanks a mill, Chox.

Chichopper - do you mean Pyrus Salicifolia (willow-leaved pear) ... can't seem to find anything online about P.Salisfolia ... At least the tree isn't planted in the ground yet. If this is the willow-leaved pear, I might give the RHS a call and see if they can help. However, we still don't particularly want the roots of this tree so near our property .... might ask our local area councillor. Cheers, Chox.
