I saw a funny video clip on FB with a bird dancing. It looked somewhat like a toucan but with whitish bill and black and white horizontal stripes on forehead The rest of bird was black with a little turquoise colour on neck. I've been looking for ages to find out what bird it is. Anyone know??

Someone just suggested it was a type of hornbill. A female Blythe's hornbill or Papua Hornbill.

Well done 237SJ. Its definitely some sort of Hornbill. The one on clip had a verry distinct bkack and white striped forehead! Thank you and everyone else.
Sounds like a kookaburra, they dance a bit
Forget that I will explore hornbills
The reason I thought of a hornbill was because I was on holiday in Langkawi in March and one flew into the hotel and landed on the bannisters! He was a comical bird and didn't mind us getting too close to him.

They are comical. Still can't find exact bird in vid clip though!
Langkawi looks like paradise!
