Lime Tree Plants Again
I’ve changed my avatar but it doesn’t seem to have changed except in my profile so I’ve opened a new thread (hope that’s ok). The pests are at the top of the leave fairly central. They are tine and I did notice a few (probably 4) tiny cobweb like threads too. I hope you can see them - as I said they are minute

Ok - well I have wiped down with warm water and have reduced the number of leaves but I have noticed the number of black flies is increasing despite the use of sticky yellow paper so I have decided they are going outside
I will put them at the bottom of my sons garden in a sunny position under a plastic cover to protect against any frosts - then in summer they can be planted in the garden
That will hopefully rid me of these pesky files and teach me that my fingers are most definitely not green

My other half's lemon plant (bought in garden centre) and several citrus seedlings she has grown from pips were all brought in from the garden to the conservatory when frosts were forecast this week, and will stay there over winter.
For control of spider mite on various indoor plants this year I have been using Neudorff Pyrol Bug & Larvae Killer - so far not had to use it on citrus plants though.
