Cheese tomato slice

Anybody out there help me with a receipe for cheese & tomato slice. I use to buy this from a local bakery where they use to sandwich etc at lunch time but unfortunately the shop has now closed. I used to eat it cold. It had onions in it aswell but was known as cheese and tomato slice.
