Smelly tumble dryer

We have a 4yr old condensing tumble dryer, it is cleaned as per the instructions ie filter and water container after each load and condenser washed out weekly under the tap (lately with the garden hose) to remove any saturated fluff but it is driving us mad with a horrid smell. We use Bounce sheets and have tried all the old wives remedies like lemon juice, onions,soda crystals all to no avail. Open to suggestions!!!
