Attaching photos to email?

Does anyone know why the photos I've attached to an email wont open by themselves...

Normally I go on "attach file" then "browse" find my photo and repeat this process then when I send it to myself the pics all come up on the screen underneath each other without the reader having to click "download file" for each picture individually.

But today when I open the email all that comes up is a list of the photos that Ive tried to send. I'm sure ive done everything the same as normal, So I tried attaching the pics through my hotmail account and also my yahoo account but the same thing happens. Does this mean theres something wrong with the photo files? There are the same size as always. Please help!

I find the best way to send pictures via Email, is to go to MY PICTURES select a photo or photos, then in the L/H side under File & Folder Tasks, select Email this Folder and it will place them along the attach line of a new Email.

Check your email. Have you unticked view preview pane by accident. This is what I think is wrong with how you have described it. Nothing to do with how you are attaching them.
If you haven't got preview pane ticked then they will come as icons that have to be opened individually.

Just an idea, hope it works.
