email attachments not attaching correctly

I have tried attaching photo files (mainly jpeg format) via wanadoo,and people i send them to are saying they are only getting half photos,and black bands across the other sections.This has only started since wanadoo changed and updated their email format,i never had a problem beforehand.ANY IDEAS AND I WILL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL !!

No idea why this would be happening sorry, but an option may be to insert the photos in a Zip file before you attach them - this should stop interference with the actual pictures when they get opened at the other end,
