Grease marks on leather furniture

We have a Mark Elliot 3-piece leather suite - a sort of dark mushroom colour (hare). Against house rules bacon sandwiches have been eaten whilst sitting in the arm chairs and bits have been dropped!!!! We now have grease marks on the leather cushions - is it possible to remove these? 2Margaret

I had the same thing on mine - but not bacon produced - I tried everything on the market including saddle soap, but luckily tried it on the back side of the cushions. Even just soapy water took the colour out. What I finally did, because the spots were lighter than the leather's original colours, was use furniture touch-up felt pens and smudged and coloured until they were close to the undamaged leather colour.
