I read put them in a "net" or something, and reuse ( as in orange bag net oR something)

Make sure they are dry then put them in the airing cupboard to scent undies, etc.

These soap scraps have been repeatedly handled by someone probably who has been to the bog, and handled so much that they have worn down in size.
Leave them to scent my airing cupboard?

For the love of god put them in the bin!

Soak the bits to soften them, then squeeze them all together. Let them dry before using them. Or, you could spend some money on an overpriced item like this...

grate them and use for washing delicates
