I want to purchase some brown internal doors -problem is the old frames/casings are white - problem with heat gun method is this is that the surrounding walls are newish painted and there is also cable wiring-which if removed would need a special staple gun to reinstall
And if i remove frames /casing -this will require heavy replastering of newish painted wall
Is there any brown paint that can match brown doors -or is this not a good idea?

You don't HAVE to have brown frames you can leave them white. When you say brown doors are these in stained wood? You could always take the paint off the frames and stain them the colour of the doors.

White frames on brown doors will be mismatch imho
As mentioned in OP -taking a paint off frames seems to be a akward problem
I would cut down the architrave joint with stanley knife carefully .. and replace the architraving. Make sure you get correct size .. or plane to match.
Strip the carcass while architrave off.
tal - If you want to colour match architraves, do as Albags says and buy new architraves in similar wood to doors (not a cheap option), or you could remove originals carefully and strip and stain to match. Alternative is to paint door lingings / architraves in same / complimentary colour as walls, or complimentary colour to doors. As for replacing staples holding cables you will need one of these.

Not sure if you can hire them if it's just for a one off
