Tabletop Clothes Dryer

has anyone used one of these dryers? are they efficient enough. I am thinking of buying one for my flat.any advise much appreciated, thanks.

I haven't seen a tabletop dryer but my daughter had a Dri Buddi when she lived in a flat and loved it. Obviously not as fast as a tumble dryer but used little electricity and warmed the hallway where she kept it at the same time.
