He's not a courier, Kvalidir. He's simply a broker for CityLink, so that's why I suggested that any complaint should have been made to CityLink, and not to him.
If you bought a rail ticket through a third party, such as Trainline.com, and your train was cancelled or heavily delayed, you'd complain to the train operator rather than to Trainline.com. If you bought a ticket through Ticketmaster for a West End show and rain came pouring through the theatre's roof half way through the show, you'd complain to the theatre, not to Ticketmaster. Similarly if you purchase a courier service through a broker, and something goes wrong with that service, you should complain to the courier company, not to the broker.
