how do you hang ordinary curtains (not tab top) from a curtain pole.

Usually,the curtain pole will be supplied complete with wooden/brass rings which have a small "eye" screwed into the bottomof the ring,your curtain hooks fit through the "eye" and should hang nicely.

on the top of your curtain where the white tape with the slots for the curtain hooks are, make a small hole at both ends (on the back of the curtain) and fred the pole through, this will work as long as the pole isnt really wide.
