My research has led me to Elitevac as the best buy.

Does anyone know this make? I'd never heard of it.

Appreciate any info...

Never heard of them but not good on Trust Pilot

great idea - niche market - have a dog and cat then you need a dog vacca AND a cat fur vacca

From experience a rubber broom is the bees knees for getting pet hair from floors. Sweep in to a pile and suck it up with any old vac

barry1010  I'm not that domesticated - what is a rubber broom? β˜ΊπŸ€”

Thanks everyone......I'll have a think. πŸ˜•

Rubber broom...here's the one I use. Like Barry, I find the broom/vac combination really effective.

Oh...and I use that on carpets too. Saves clogging up the vacuum.

Since tripping over my carpet and bashing my nose in, I have had the carpet taken up.  I can honestly say there is not one dog hair to be seen, now, or when the carpet was down.  Neither is there ever a dog hair in my bed when he sleeps with me or in either on his own two beds.

I'm now wondering if there is something wrong with my little Terrier?  Does anyone else have a dog who doesn't shed hair?

thanks pastafreak and chelle7272, very useful

ladybirder ,sorry I can't solve your problem for you!

What sort of terrier is he?  Many dogs don't moult much and some need stripping regularly because of that

Barry I have spent ages trying to load a picture of my dog on here for you but can't do it.  I used to be able to but not now.  I have put pictures of him on when I got him and since so I'll have a look.  He's just a little chestnut brown terrier is best way to describe him and he goes to his Groomer every 8 weeks.

Ah! There's the rub! The groomer.😁

Now that we have a succession of labs/retrievers. I have resorted to using a damp, swivel headed mop to collect up all the hair from our hardwood floors. The mop I have has four washable wipes which attach to the underside.

P.S. It removes dust too. πŸ‘

Tills are you serious re groomers?  Eeeek!

You've obviously got a non-moulting terrier, lb.
