electric blanket problem

i have a dreamland electric blanket with a switch either side for heat etc. one side works ok but other side when switched on, a small light flashes on and off but the blanket does not heat up this side. i guess it could be a timer but as i have lost the instructions i have,nt a clue how to solve the problem. could anyone help on this problem. the blanket model no is " pd, 3a " many thanks .

The flashing light means that it has ended it's timed heat. Just flick the switch down to the off position then it's ready to use again. I have the instructions if you want me to email you a copy. My address is
