Help PLEASE washing machine

My washing machine is Hoover AAA Whisper. It won't drain. The little computer message says ERROR 3. So I've cleaned out the filter but it didn't need cleaning. I've also poured a couple of bottles of Mr Muscle plughole unblocker down the corrugated pipe that's suppose to be the draining pipe. I hoped that when I put on a hot wash cycle with no washing in, it would clear the pipe, but it's still not draining. Now I've got the drain pipe full of chemicals and no way to get it out, and a washing machine that's not working. Any ideas PLEASE.

Hi notafish, I was under the impression that the site Glidr recommended was a free site. All you have to do is post a question and hopefully you will get an answer. I have been on it a few times and not been asked for any money.

Glidr has given you a link that provides two peoples experience with the Error 3. Just because the filter is clear does not mean that there isn't a blockage. I have had washing machines in the past where coins have made there way into the pipe that leads to the pump and completely blocked it. This may entail dismantling the pipework from the drum to the pump. If this is clear and the pump is working correctly then it may be an electrical fault that will need and engineer to investigate.

Thank you people. I saw the words Pay Pal and thought I had to pay. I was running late for work so didn't look properly. I will have another look later as I'm rushing again. Have popped home for lunch and have to dash again. Any ideas all welcome. :-)
