Flashing lights on tumbledryer

Hi! The Time Delay, High Heat and On/Off lights on my Hotpoint CTD40 keep flashing. I clean the filter and empty the water every time I use it and I've taken the 'thing' out the bottom and cleaned that last night. It still appears to work, but stops with these lights flashing before the items are properly dry.

I'd say there was a fault with the moisture sensor.
