I find it impossible to open the soap dispenser drawer in order to clean it. The manual is no help and neither was customer services when I rang. Has anyone any ideas please?

You're not yanking it hard enough! They all stick like that.
I've never seen any that have a tab/catch to hold the drawer in.
Give it a sharp pull out when the drawer fully open.

Thank you Albags. I must wait until someone comes with a stronger "yank" than mine.
My previous machine a Zanussi had a tab to press which released it

Visit a shop that sells that model, feign purchasing interest, and ask them to demonstrate how to remove the drawer?
