Can anyone explain the meaning of a wallpaper symbol which appears to be the letters CPT please?

The symbol consists of the outline of a letter c. Inside the C and to the left is a solid letter P. Inside the C to the right is the outline of a letter T. Cannot find this anywhere under a list of standard symbols.
