Btw - you’ve all been brilliant- get yourself a treat
Some Estate agents take back-handers from purchasers to get vendors to accept lower price.....naughty but its perks. Hang on till weather brings more punters
No - they've made a damn cheeky offer.
Are you sure Kirsty and Phil aren't helping the buyers .
They often put in low offers , stating that they can't go any higher , when in fact they can .
I always feel sorry for the sellers
What's the latest Ric?
£225 only then move on.....
Last offer was 230, David.
Good for him. Offers can and do change, often at the last hour.

I have (told them reluctantly) that I will accept the £230 but made it clear not a penny less. I certainly shall not hesitate to pull out if they start haggling
I'd wait as the buying market is more buoyant towards April...think your buyer knows that too
If you are desperate Sell,
If you can afford to wait, Wait,
If you have the money to keep you, Hang on,
Have you advertised Nationally?
If Not, Why Not?
I would put a condition on that because it is way below your referee price it stays on the market until,it all goes through
