Volty, it seems strange that the new laws require you to supply an EPC, at your expense, when your property is subject to Compulsory Purchase for future demolition ! - just saying - and wish you well with the move away from the nightmare of Bluewater.

Funny enough had it done today cost £55 but highways England are paying the cost ...so now hopefully away in 3-4 weeks !
