Hooray!
After 19 months of being told that our house is to be knocked down (highways England compulsory purchase order)today finally we exchanged contracts and are at last moving next Thursday.. if I never have to speak to a solicitor again ( ours useless from start to finish) it will be forever!

The gas repair causing the closure of Junction 1b of the M25/A296/A282 and Princess Road should be finished at midnight tonight. Then we only have to worry about buses crashing into cars, causing more chaos around the Dartford area. Therefore you should have a clear run with your escape to the outside world!
