Ex husband living in ex matrimonial home.I was forced to move out with 2 kids cos he thought we could live amicably together now he came out as gay and didnt see need to move out himself. I now rent,he pays thru csa for kids.No equity in ex mat home as he talked me into agreeing a secured loan to clear car finance and credit card debts.these payments (motg & Loan are made by him)He has a lodger and i waived my share of rent to help him further.This meant he kept his head above water,and we would sell house when equity increased again,or he would buy me out as i put in ten grand,ten years ago for our first mtge when he had nothing.now he says he wants my name off deeds for nothing as there is no equity to be had or he will default mtge and loan. at a time when i was low, i played a will & grace life for the kids sake. Now he has a male partner and i have remarried, he has turned on us all.any advise would help me.Solicitors are sharks and this has left me feeling like i should walk away from this problem.
