Utility suppliers

How can I find out who currently supplies the utilities to a property that we are buying - it is currently unoccupied. Thanks

As part of the searches the owners have to provide information on utilities. Speak to your solicitor.

nowt to do with searches as they come from council etc. either ask the agent or just read the meters when u move in and call any supplier and they will tell u.

There's usually post about the house that will tell you this - but as parkesquay says information on the utilities usually comes with the sellers information documents and they usually have to supply a copy of the last water bill etc.
