I was only joking !
But on a serious note I thought that if you were married and your husband/wife passed away then it all went to the living partner unless stated otherwise in a will.Good advice would be to get your partner to make a will,that way there is no confusion .Even if you remain un-married and a will is made making you his beneficiary then,i believe,its all yours !!!

it won't all go to her if they are married if someone else stakes a claim, ie chilren he might have etc and i believe if the estate is over a certain value the bloody governement take a chunk of it too. Might have guessed that wiht gordon brown, if fact hes probably that someone that will contest it and stake a claim
