kitchen window in conservatory

A house we are considering buying has a 14x8 foot kitchen diner with a 10x9 foot conservatory leading into back garden. The only kitchen window is inside the conservatory. The conservatory does have windows. Is this a potential problem?
House seems reasonably priced but has been on market a while and we're wondering if this is why it hasn't sold?
