I am looking for a small shop for a barbers in the west midlands area to rent or buy does anybody now any?

hi there
there was a barbers in stourbridge on market street called the don (in the town centre). it shut a year ago (my dad said it was cause all the owners wanted to retire rather than the business wasn't working). the shop is up for rent may still have some fixtures?
