A dog has ruined my pure wool coat by peeing on it. It is navy and the colour has run. I dont want to thro it out as it cost me a few bob. Im loathed to try and dye it myself (and I dont want a blue bath at the end of it. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Don't Dry Cleaners dye clothes? You've got nothing to lose.
s the pee on the botton half...could it be shortened to a 3/4 coat or jacket?
cold wash stained area & fill in with matching felt tip.
Do you have personal possessions on your insurance or is the dog owner insured?

What is going on?
Solution!! get the dog to pee over the rest of it so it all looks the same!!
Not sure if this is much help but I once sat on a car seat that unbeknown to me had been peed on by a dog, it soaked through my jeans and purple underpants and caused a big red mark on my bum. When I washed myself the red on my skin went away straight away, the jeans washed no problem. The underpants had a light pink stain in the same place where the red on my skin was but after washing to my surprise they returned to the same colour they had been before the incident, like I said I don't know if this helps but maybe it is just stained and so could be washed out.
